Terra Bella is located on the east side of the San Joaquin Valley, about three hours north of Los Angeles and about five hours south of San Francisco. For those of you planning to attend the Tulare County World Ag Expo in February, we are located a short thirty minute drive to the South.
We would like to offer you the chance to experience the sweeter side of living on a small farm. Depending on the season, you will have a chance to go out and pick your own navel oranges off the tree, squeeze some sweet Valencia oranges for juice, or section off some of the best grapefruit available. For those who would like to learn a little about how farming has shaped itself over the last fifty years, we offer an informational tour of our farm as well as other local family farms. Local attractions to visit, most within an hour's drive. California Hot Springs; take the afternoon to go up and visit the hot springs resort located just 45 minutes away. You will enjoy the mountain drive almost as much as the soothing qualities of the warm mineral-rich water you soak in when you get there. Trail of 100 Giants; If you continue past California Hot Springs, you will find the Trail of One Hundred Giants, appropriately named for the monolith Sequoias that live there. The Barn Theater, located ten miles north in Porterville, has live entertainment in California's longest continuously running Community Theater. Porterville Art Association is located at 152 North Main Street in downtown Porterville.
